3. Description of the service
Driftstone Aquatics, operated by TURTLE BAY POOLS AND LEISURE INC., offers three priced services: Spa Delivery & Setup Service, the Pool & Spa Combined Service Plan, and the Premium Leisure Package (Pool Tune-Up + Spa Install), as described on our Services page.
4. Eligibility & user obligations
You must provide accurate contact and site-access information when booking, and ensure safe, lawful access to the property for the scheduled visit.
5. Bookings & payments
Prices shown are starting figures confirmed after an on-site assessment, in Canadian dollars (CAD). See the Returns & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy sections below for what happens if a booking changes.
6. Intellectual property
All text, graphics and branding on this site belong to TURTLE BAY POOLS AND LEISURE INC. and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information through the enquiry form, or attempt to disrupt its normal operation.
8. Disclaimer
General information. Content on this site is provided by TURTLE BAY POOLS AND LEISURE INC. for general informational purposes about our pool and spa services.
Not professional advice. Nothing on this site substitutes for individual professional advice about your specific pool or spa equipment; always confirm details for your property during the assessment visit.
Accuracy & availability. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but services and prices may change, and final scope is confirmed in your individual quote.
Results. Seasonal opening and closing work is designed to help reduce common risks; it does not guarantee a specific outcome, as weather and prior equipment condition both play a role.
Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, TURTLE BAY POOLS AND LEISURE INC. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our services, beyond the value of the service booked.
9. Returns & Refund Policy
Scope. This policy covers payments made for our three priced services.
Eligibility. A refund may be requested if a visit has not yet taken place, or if work delivered clearly does not match what was confirmed at assessment.
How to request. Email [email protected] or call +1 905-469-3355 with your booking details and the reason for the request.
Processing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-refundable cases. Work already completed to the agreed scope, and cancellations made with less notice than set out below, are not eligible for a refund.
10. Cancellation Policy
How to cancel. Email [email protected] or call +1 905-469-3355 during our Monday–Friday, 07:30–16:30 hours.
Cancellation windows. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled visit receive a full refund; later cancellations may be subject to a reduced refund to cover scheduling costs.
Rescheduling. We are glad to reschedule a visit instead of cancelling, at no extra charge, subject to availability.
Cancellations by us. If weather or capacity forces us to cancel a visit, you will be offered a full refund or a rebooking at the next available date.

12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
