Our Services

Three focused service lines for pool and spa owners around Winston Park Drive, Oakville and the surrounding region.

Spa Delivery & Setup Service

Delivery, placement and first-fill setup of a hot tub or spa unit, including a walkthrough of water chemistry basics and control panel operation for the first weeks of ownership. We confirm access and electrical requirements before the delivery date, then handle the physical placement so the unit sits level on a prepared pad.

On delivery day, we connect the unit, complete the first fill, and balance the water to a safe starting range. Before we leave, we walk through the control panel settings — temperature, jets and filtration cycle — so you are not guessing at the manual on your own that evening.

This service suits a newly purchased spa, a second-hand unit moving to a new property, or a replacement unit going into an existing pad. Typical setup runs a half day depending on site access.

  • ✓ Site placement and levelling check
  • ✓ Electrical clearance review
  • ✓ First fill and initial water balance
  • ✓ Control panel and chemistry walkthrough

Pool & Spa Combined Service Plan

A seasonal service plan covering routine pool and spa checks together — water testing, equipment inspection, filter care — scheduled visits through the active season. Rather than booking separate pool and spa callouts, one plan covers both, which keeps scheduling simple and reduces repeat travel time on our end (and repeat invoices on yours).

Each visit follows the same written checklist: chemistry testing against target ranges, a visual equipment check at the pad, filter cleaning or replacement as needed, and notes on anything that looks like it is heading toward a repair. Visit frequency is agreed at booking, typically every two to three weeks through the warm months.

The plan does not include major repairs or parts replacement — those are quoted separately if we find something during a visit, and nothing gets replaced without your sign-off first.

  • ✓ Scheduled visits across the active season
  • ✓ Water testing log for pool and spa
  • ✓ Filter care and equipment inspection
  • ✓ Seasonal adjustment notes left after each visit
  • ✓ Early flag on any equipment nearing repair

Premium Leisure Package (Pool Tune-Up + Spa Install)

A bundled package pairing a full pool equipment tune-up with a new spa installation, scheduled together to reduce disruption across one backyard project. If you are already planning to add a spa, bundling it with a tune-up means one crew, one project window, and one walkthrough instead of two separate disruptions to your yard.

The pool side covers a full equipment pad review — pump, filter, heater connections and valves — with cleaning, minor adjustment and a written condition report. The spa side follows the same placement, first-fill and walkthrough steps as our standalone delivery service.

Scope is confirmed at the assessment visit; larger pool-side repairs found during the tune-up are quoted separately and never actioned without approval.

  • ✓ Full pool equipment tune-up and condition report
  • ✓ Pump, filter and valve check
  • ✓ New spa placement and setup
  • ✓ Combined scheduling, single project walkthrough

Scope, stated plainly

What we don't do

Being upfront about scope limits saves everyone a wasted site visit.

  • We do not excavate or build new in-ground pools from the ground up.
  • We do not perform structural concrete or vinyl liner replacement work.
  • We do not sell or install above-ground pool kits.
  • We do not offer same-day callouts outside business hours.

Who this is for

Finding the right service

Homeowners buying their first spa tend to start with the Delivery & Setup Service, since the walkthrough at the end answers most of the early questions about running the unit. Owners who already know their equipment but want the season handled without repeat calls usually move to the Combined Service Plan, which keeps pool and spa maintenance on one predictable schedule.

The Premium Leisure Package fits a specific moment: a pool that is due for a proper equipment check and a spa purchase happening around the same time. Bundling the two avoids a second disruption to the yard and a second round of scheduling. It is not the right starting point for someone who only needs one of the two.

About our prices

What a price includes

The prices above cover standard site conditions: normal access, equipment in typical working order, and no unusual repairs. A final figure is confirmed after the on-site assessment and can change if access is difficult, equipment needs extra work, or you add scope on the day. Nothing changes without your sign-off first.
