Service & Installation Terms
Last updated: September 27, 2026
These Service & Installation Terms sit alongside our general Terms of Use and set out the practical conditions for spa deliveries, combined service plan visits, and Premium Leisure Package projects booked with TURTLE BAY POOLS AND LEISURE INC., trading as Driftstone Aquatics.
1. Site access
You are responsible for providing safe, clear access to the pool, spa and equipment pad areas for the scheduled visit, including gate codes or keys where needed.
2. Electrical & pad readiness
For spa deliveries, a prepared, level pad and a code-compliant electrical connection must be in place before our delivery date; delays caused by an unprepared site may require rescheduling.
3. Scope changes
Any work beyond the confirmed quote — for example, equipment found to need replacement during a tune-up — is quoted separately and carried out only with your approval.
4. Scheduling & delays
Visit dates are confirmed in advance; weather-dependent work such as seasonal openings and closings may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.
5. Equipment condition disclosure
Please disclose any known issues with existing pool or spa equipment at booking; undisclosed pre-existing damage is not covered by our service.
6. Warranties
Our workmanship is covered for 30 days following a visit for issues directly related to the work performed; manufacturer warranties on equipment are separate and referred to the manufacturer.
7. Related policies
Refunds and cancellations for bookings are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy pages.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
