Maintenance & Service

The Pool & Spa Combined Service Plan, explained in full, for homes around Winston Park Drive, Oakville.

The Combined Service Plan is our answer to the back-and-forth of booking separate pool and spa callouts across a season. One plan, one schedule, two systems checked at every visit. Chemistry is tested against target ranges for both pool and spa, equipment at each pad is given a visual check, and filters are cleaned or flagged for replacement as needed.

Visit cadence is set at booking — most households land on every two to three weeks through the warm months, though lighter or heavier use can shift that. Every visit leaves the same written record behind: what was tested, what was adjusted, and anything worth watching before the next visit.

On the pool side, a typical visit covers free chlorine or sanitizer level, pH, total alkalinity and calcium hardness, with adjustments dosed to bring each reading back toward target range. On the spa side, we check the same core chemistry plus foam and water clarity, since a smaller volume of water reacts faster to bather load. Filter media on both systems is rinsed or replaced on a rotation suited to use, not a fixed date, which is one reason the written log matters — it shows us the actual pattern for your property rather than a generic schedule.

Because the same technician tends to return across a season, small changes — a slightly slower filter cycle, a pump running warmer than usual — tend to get caught earlier than they would on a rotating crew.

Honest scope

What's not included

The plan covers routine checks and care. A few things fall outside it, quoted separately if they come up:

Drawing that line clearly at the start avoids an awkward conversation mid-visit about whether something is covered. If a technician spots a part nearing the end of its life during a routine check, the plan simply means you hear about it early, with time to plan properly for the added cost, rather than being caught by surprise with a failure partway through the season.

  • Replacement parts — pumps, heaters, liners — are quoted and approved separately.
  • Algae or major chemical imbalance recovery beyond routine balancing.
  • Structural repairs to decking, coping or the pool shell itself.
  • Same-day visits outside the scheduled cadence or business hours.

In numbers

The plan at a glance

2–3 wks

Typical interval between scheduled visits.

1–2 hrs

Average time on site per visit for both systems.

$690 CAD

Starting price for the seasonal plan.

2 systems

Pool and spa checked together at every visit.

These figures describe a typical household on the plan rather than a guarantee for every property — a larger pool, a heavily used spa, or an older filter system can shift the cadence in either direction, which is exactly what the first visit's assessment is for.
